"I know about you blackmailing Frank into having sex with you and I want it to stop. In fact what you are going to do is go with Frank to administration and tell them that you both want new roommates," I said firmly.
"Why would I do that? I am perfectly happy with Frank," he replied cockily.
"You are going to do it because Frank wants to do it and you are not going to say a word to anyone about having sex. Is that clear?" I affirmed.
"I don't think so and you can't make me. I will report you to the authorities for threatening me. So there!" he said seeming to gain confidence.
